We currently only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium .

Orders are processed within 0-1 business day after successful payment.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) , on weekends, or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Belgium
Shipping partner: DHL
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs: €7.95 per package

6.4 Total Estimated Delivery Time

• Netherlands: 1–4 business days

• Belgium: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may differ due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.5 Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to your specified address.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer law.

7.2 Return conditions

Returned products must:

• Unused and in original condition
• Including original packaging, accessories and documentation
• Returns within 14 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7.3 Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
• Will the amount be refunded via the original payment method?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
